Rosamond! How I am glad someone can see what it is I truly love about Clarissa and Mrs. Dalloway. Since the novel does not have a clear plot, other than Clarissa’s day and the tragedy of Septimus, only one true ideal can be taken from this! A women should be the keeper of the house. She should know how to act, and dress and, in return, a man will take care of her for the rest of her life. I always fail to see why women resist this lifestyle.
