Miss Life-in-Death Lady, I do agree with you on Mr Richard Dalloway. If he had actually said “I love you” like he was planning to instead of backing out it might have bee slightly more appealing and less confusing to Mrs Dalloway. Instead, she lived an unhappy life throwing parties and making everyone believe she was happy.
